Through the sin of one man, sin came to all of mankind. It is in our sin that we fall short of the glory of God. If God is a god of justice, then sin must be punished. However, while we were caught in the midst of our sin, God demonstrated His unfailing love by the sending of His son. Jesus Christ came as the atoning sacrifice and the fulfillment of God’s wrath. It is those who call upon the name of the Lord that find salvation and freedom through His life, death, and resurrection.
